Emily Hantverk is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knightâs Philadelphia office, where she primarily focuses her practice on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity transactions, capital raisings and similar complex transactions. Ms. Hantverk also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, securities law and general corporate matters, as well as bank regulatory matters. She has represented a broad range of public and private clients across multiple industries, including banking, financial services, technology and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hantverk was a corporate attorney at an elite New York law firm.
