ABOUT
Robyn represents clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations and mediations. Her practice involves counseling a broad range of clients in business litigation and providing advice on legal questions impacting commercial businesses. She has a diverse range of experience in general litigation and advisory matters for companies in the financial and health care sectors, with a focus on complex contractual disputes, antitrust, securities laws, and data privacy. She also has significant experience litigating matters for higher education institutions.
Robyn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Beryl A. Howell in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Robyn maintains an active pro bono practice. She participates in the New Jersey Children’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program, a pro bono effort to aid disabled children who have been denied SSI benefits.
