Mr. Moynihan is a commercial disputes attorney with Phillips Lytle LLP in New York and Washington D.C. He has significant expertise with respect to high-value commercial dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. Having practiced law as a New York attorney in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, Mr. Moynihan has represented large multinational companies, governments and startups in industries including energy, retail, technology, gaming, shipping, aviation, construction, insurance, manufacturing and finance.
