For more than 25 years, he has focused his practice on Business Divorce, regularly handling direct and derivative disputes between business owners including control disputes, minority oppression, information demands, misappropriation, withholding distributions/phantom income, usurpation of corporate opportunities and other contractual and fiduciary duties.
