ABOUT
Eric G. Orlinsky is a Partner in Saul Ewing’s Baltimore office, where he concentrates his practice in general business and securities law. He counsels clients on private equity and venture capital investments, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, and the purchase and sale of businesses. Eric also serves as general counsel to public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters.
Beyond his practice, Eric is actively involved in committees of the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association, having previously chaired the MSBA’s Business Law Section. He was also instrumental in establishing Maryland’s Business & Technology Court.
Eric earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law and his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University.
