Gabin Park is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight’s Dallas office. Ms. Park focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Park was a summer associate in the firm’s Dallas office. While in law school, Ms. Park served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Alan D. Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. She also served as staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law (TJOGEL).
