Lawrence is a prominent transactional and due diligence scholar and practitioner whose academic work has been cited authoritatively by the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, in filings before the Supreme Court of the United States, and in academic and practitioner publications. He has advised the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and has served as a consulting expert in a number of high-profile cases.
