ABOUT
Genesa Olivieri is building a comprehensive business law practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and regulatory law. Genesa has experience in both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private placements, prospectus offerings, and corporate finance. She has contributed to mandates in various industries including technology, transportation, pharmaceuticals and consumer products. She is known for exceptional dedication to client service and approaches her practice with creative thinking to achieve legal solutions.
Genesa returned to Miller Thomson as an associate after summering and articling at the firm. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020, following the completion of her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa. Before attending law school, Genesa completed her Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in the Ethics, Law and Society program at the University of Toronto, Trinity College.
