A trilingual and bicultural lawyer, George brings an impressive range of work experience and exceptional writing skills to his partnership with clients on corporate transactional matters.
George’s practice concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters. He performs legal research and drafts documents and memoranda to help clients achieve success in their business endeavors.
George gained valuable experience in transactional legal work serving as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell and as a student fellow at the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, a pro bono clinic for startup entrepreneurs in the mid-Missouri region. He drafted operating agreements and documentation for startup limited liability companies and corporations, and walked entrepreneurs through the legal process of setting up businesses.
As a judicial extern for the Hon. Patricia Breckenridge of the Supreme Court of Missouri, George wrote legal memos assessing whether the Court should grant or deny transfer requests from a lower state court. He also obtained experience at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and worked on pro bono cases for an Am Law 100 St. Louis-based law firm.
