ABOUT
Greg Hudson is Director of Examinations at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas where he oversees a wide variety of supervisory matters, including bank examinations, holding company inspections, enforcement actions, expansionary activity applications, and consumer complaints. Prior to being named Director, he served as Senior Attorney in the Reserve Bank where he focused on bank, bank holding company, and savings and loan holding company supervision and regulation. He also provided legal advice regarding lending facilities, troubled institutions, corporate governance, conflicts and ethics. Earlier in his career, Greg was an examiner with a state banking department.
He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and active in the American Bar Association banking law committee.
