Greg Kline is Senior Director, Transactions and IP Counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he advises on intellectual property, licensing, and complex collaborations in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. With more than 17 years of experience, his work focuses on resolving legal uncertainty upstream, through IP strategy, regulatory risk clearance, and contracting, to enable customer adoption and reduce downstream friction. He holds a J.D. from UC San Francisco (Hastings) and a Ph.D. in Biology/Immunology from UCLA.
