Hannah Lee is an Associate in Saul Ewing’s Baltimore office, where she maintains a general corporate practice across a variety of transactions. Her work includes reviewing contracts, drafting agreements, forms, and bylaws, and handling compliance filings under the Corporate Transparency Act, the Uniform Commercial Code, and Hart-Scott-Rodino Initial Notice requirements. She also assists with mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis K. Carey School of Law, where she was a summer associate at Saul Ewing. She also externed for the Honorable George L. Russell, III in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland and interned for the Honorable Douglas R. M. Nazarian in the Appellate Court of Maryland.
