Heidi McNeil Staudenmaier is the Partner Coordinator of Native American Law & Gaming Law Services for Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P., where she is based in the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. Heidi serves as the Secretary of the ABA Business Law Section and will become Chair in September 2026. She has held numerous leadership positions in the Section including: Council Member; Chair, Committee Oversight & Support Board; Chair, Business & Corporate Litigation Committee; Editor in Chief, Business Law Today; Section Fellow (inaugural class). Heidi received the Section’s prestigious Jean Allard Glass Cutter Award in 2019. She is listed in “BEST LAWYERS IN AMERICA” for Native American Law, Gaming Law, and Commercial Litigation, and was named “Phoenix BEST LAWYERS Gaming Lawyer of the Year” for 2011, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2021, and “Phoenix BEST LAWYERS Native American Lawyer of the Year” for 2014, 2015, 2017, 2024. Heidi is a Founding Member and Past President of the International Masters of Gaming Law. She serves as Executive Editor of the “Gaming Law Review.” Heidi is former Chair of the State Bar of Arizona Indian Law Section and Past President of the Maricopa County Bar Association.
