ABOUT
Itamar Kofman is an Associate in the Business Law Group at Albers & Associates, where he advises clients on a wide range of business and commercial matters. Itamar focuses on assisting individuals, startups, and established companies with issues relating to corporate governance, business formation, contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, and general commercial transactions.
Itamar earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he served as a junior staff editor on the New York Law School Law Review. While attending law school, Itamar externed at Tradition America Holdings, the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition and one of the world’s largest interdealer brokers. He also clerked at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. These experiences allowed him to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in business and commercial law.
