Mr. Belger focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Before joining Potter Anderson, Matt was a law clerk for Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Before his clerkship, Matt was an associate with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and a law clerk for Chancellor William B. Chandler III.
