As an attorney at PilieroMazza PLLC, Jacqueline Unger represents clients in a wide variety of government contracting, commercial litigation, and general business matters. She represents clients in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and the Court of Federal Claims, and size and status protests before the Small Business Administration. She assists clients in preparing requests for equitable adjustment and prosecutes contractor claims at the Boards of Contract Appeals. She also represents government contractors in False Claims Act investigations as well as suspension and debarment matters.
Ms. Unger counsels clients on FAR and small business regulatory compliance issues as well as employment and labor issues. She reviews and drafts commercial contracts, teaming agreements, and corporate instruments for government contractors. In her litigation practice, she represents clients in federal and state court actions concerning employment and business disputes.
