Jean Whyte serves as the Associate Ombudsman in the Office of the Secretary for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Jean was previously an Assistant General Counsel and director of the dispute resolution program at the National Archives and Records Administration. She has also managed dispute resolution programs on behalf of a prosecutor’s office and a state judiciary. Ms. Whyte began her career as a litigator in the private sector. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of Florida and a B.A. degree from James Madison University.
