Jeeva is a Partner at Fox Mandal and Associates LLP in Chennai, India.
With over two decades of diverse experience, he advises on a variety of arrangements that go to the core of clients’ ongoing business. These include foreign investment in India, joint ventures, debt and equity funding of projects and companies. He also works on inbound & outbound investments, mergers and acquisitions transactions and specializes in promoter/founder/investee representation.
He further deals in structuring and advising on overseas direct investment by Indian entities and Intellectual Property laws with a specific focus on transaction IP, IP strategies and facilitation and management of technology transfers.
His expertise also encompasses advising on debt and equity funding strategies, private equity and fund investments, as well as management of compliance. In addition, Jeeva has been mentoring several entrepreneurs and start-ups, often hand-holding many of them through multiple rounds of funding and exits.
He was instrumental in helping the firm win an award for its ‘corporate and commercial practice’ by the Indian Business Law Journal, where his clients commended his ‘professionalism and quality of advice’.
