ABOUT
Jeffrey Brown is a partner in the Competition & Foreign Investment Group. His practice comprises competition law and related areas, such as foreign investment review and unfair trade practices, and has advised clients in respect of Canadian regulatory aspects of numerous complex mergers and acquisitions. Jeff regularly counsels clients with respect to marketing practices and civil and criminal compliance with the Competition Act, as well as compliance with the Investment Canada Act.
Professional Activities
Jeff is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is past chair of the Canadian Bar Association Competition Law Section’s Legislation & Policy Committee.
