Jennifer Veet Barrett focuses her practice on transactional matters involving Delaware corporations, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She also has experience in transactional and commercial litigation in the Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery.
Jennifer has authored several articles on Delaware corporate law. In law school, she was a member of the Temple University School of Law’s International and Comparative Law Journal. Prior to entering law school, Jenn worked as a certified public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
