Jennifer Oliver is a partner at MoginRubin LLP, a boutique firm where she specializes in antitrust and unfair competition, including expertise in Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, representation before the FTC and DOJ, and analysis and issues pertaining to the Committee for Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS).
