Jennifer R. Minter is a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where she serves as chair of the Corporate Section and Co-Chair of the Securities Practice Group. Ms. Minter’s practice includes advising public and private companies on securities compliance, corporate governance and board matters, and capital markets transactions. She represents clients in a wide variety of industries, with an emphasis on the energy and retail sectors.
