Joan B. Lopez is an associate attorney in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP’s New York city office. Ms. Lopez represents employers in employment discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters at the federal and state court levels, as well as before administrative agencies. Ms. Lopez also has experience in drafting handbooks, employment agreements, consulting agreements, and severance packages.
