ABOUT
Joseph Torregrossa is counsel and assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (“FRBNY”). He advises FRBNY in its role as a provider of Federal Reserve financial services, including in its role as operator of the Fedwire® Funds Services and the National Settlement Service. He joined FRBNY in 2007. He is also currently a vice chair of the Uniform Commercial Code Committee of American Bar Association’s Business Law Section, and chair of the committee’s Payments Law Subcommittee.
