ABOUT
John is a partner in the Business and Tax Section of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor. He advises the boards, management, owners, and in-house and outside counsel of Delaware corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships in connection with a range of transactional and governance matters. John also served for ten years on the committee of the Delaware State Bar Association responsible for proposing amendments to the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act, the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, and the Delaware Revised Uniform Partnership Act.
