Jonathan J. Katz is a partner in Cravath’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department. He advises clients on the executive compensation and employee benefit aspects of complex mergers and acquisitions, spin‑offs, corporate joint ventures and private equity transactions. He also regularly advises clients on the design, negotiation and implementation of employment agreements and incentive compensation programs.
