Jonathan Cardenas is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings LLP and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters. Mr. Cardenas is a Past Chair of the Financial Services Technology Joint Subcommittee of the ABA Business Law Section’s Commercial Finance Committee and Private Equity & Venture Capital Committee. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Jacobson Leadership Program in Law & Business Scholar, and where he served as a Managing Editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business.
