Joe Palmore chairs Morrison Foerster’s Appellate and Supreme Court practice and is resident in the firm’s Washington, D.C. and New York offices. He leads high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and state appellate courts in New York and other states. He has argued 13 cases in the United States Supreme Court and many more in appellate courts nationwide.
