EXPERIENCE:
Joe Milner is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices corporate and securities law.
During law school, Joe interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Corporation Finance, where he helped develop recommendations for improving the division’s disclosure review process. As a member of the HLS Cyberlaw Clinic and the Harvard Legal Entrepreneurship Project, he also advised clients on technology-related issues.
