Joseph Schuster is Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs where he leads the consumer finance product regulatory practice group, which is is responsible for advising on Goldman Sachs’ consumer and small business finance activities, including the direct to consumer Marcus by Goldman Sachs product and the Apple Card. His daily work focuses on advising on application and onboarding processes, servicing and collections and all product matters relating to the consumer and small business products offered by Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Schuster was a consumer finance regulatory attorney at Ballard Spahr LLP and in-house counsel for Nordstrom Bank.
