Joyce Pong is an associate at Miller Thomson LLP in its Vancouver Office and a member of the firm’s Business Law group. Her practice is primarily focused on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity and general corporate matters. She frequently advises foreign companies on establishing and structuring Canadian entities to conduct business in Canada.
Joyce works with clients to understand their businesses and to provide them with practical and creative advice. More importantly, Joyce centers her approach on working strategically with her clients and other parties to ensure that deals get done.
