ABOUT
Ms. Pelzer is counsel in the Financial Institutions Group of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Her practice focuses on bank regulatory and financial reform advice, bank M&A and capital markets transactions for U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions. She is experienced in advising on living wills and a wide variety of financial regulatory matters. Upon joining Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in 2008, she was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and provided corporate advice on public and private M&A transactions. In 2011, she joined the Financial Institutions Group. Her clients include many of the largest U.S. and foreign financial institutions.
