Kathryn R.L. Rand is Floyd B. Sperry Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota, where she co-directs the Institute for the Study of Tribal Gaming Law and Policy. Rand is appointed as Senior Distinguished Fellow in Tribal Gaming at the International Center for Gaming Regulation at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Her recent publications include the second edition of the casebook, Indian Gaming Law (Carolina Academic Press, 2019) and “Sports Betting and Indian Gaming,” 9 UNLV Gaming L.J. 55 (2019).
