Kathryn Trkla is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. She represents futures commission merchants and securities brokerage firms, institutional investors, professional trading firms, commercial hedgers, domestic and foreign exchanges, clearing houses, and other clients, including in matters before the CFTC, SEC and self-regulatory organizations. She analyzes regulatory proposals, counsels clients on the implications of legislative and rule changes, and provides general regulatory counsel. She is Chair of the ABA Derivatives & Futures Law Committee and Co-Chair of the ABA Part 190 Subcommittee.
