ABOUT
Kathy Cabral is counsel in the firm’s Chicago office. She is a member of the Global Finance practice group. Kathy’s clients include commercial banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and public and private corporations in their capacities as agents, lenders, sponsors, originators or borrowers in a variety of financial transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of such parties in secured and unsecured credit facilities and asset securitizations. She has experience in single currency, multi-currency, cross-border, multi-borrower, syndicated and single bank lending transactions, as well as merger and acquisition financing and restructuring. Kathy has worked on transactions across various asset classes including shipping containers, student loans, trade receivables, and timeshare interests.
Kathy graduated from Dartmouth College in 2001, and from Northwestern University School of Law cum laude in 2005.
