ABOUT
Kevin McNiff joined Jackson Ross PLLC in 2015 upon his graduation from law school. Kevin concentrates his practice in venture capital and emerging companies, assisting private equity firms with fund formation and preparing governing documents and commercial agreements for FinTech startups.
While in law school, Kevin worked on several securities fraud investigations for the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and analyzed project finance transactions at the U.S. Export-Import Bank. Kevin also served as a research associate for the Institute of International Banking Law & Practice, where he helped to advise clients on cases involving letter of credit fraud.
Kevin received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2015 and B.A. from Cornell University in 2010. Prior to attending law school, Kevin developed his administrative skills in the legal industry as a paralegal for DLA Piper LLP.
Kevin enjoys racquet sports, painting, and studying languages.
