Kirk J. Nahra is a Partner with WilmerHale in Washington, D.C., where he co-chairs the Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice. He teaches Health Care Privacy and Security Law and Information Privacy Law at the Washington College of Law at American University. He is an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University Law School and the University of Maine Law School.
