Kobi Barkan is the Head of the Intellectual Property Practice at Erdinast Ben Nathan Toledano & Co., and formerly practiced with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, New York, and Israel, and focuses on M&A, cyber, AI, IP and tech transactions.
Mr. Barkan delivers strategic legal counsel that has driven successful outcomes for public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital funds in cross-border corporate transactions and other complex legal matters.
Mr. Barkan earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago, where he received the Gruss Lipper Award and the Donald M. Ephraim Scholars Prize, and holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.) degrees from Reichman University. His professional achievements have been recognized by leading legal directories, including IP STARS, which named him a Rising Star and a Notable Practitioner, and The Legal 500, which recognized him as a Leading Associate.
