ABOUT
Kristen Koerber is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Financial and Real Estate Services practice group focused on counseling clients in all facets of real estate and finance transactions. Her prior experience as a judicial intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, at the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, and as research assistant to a law school professor lend to her ability to assist with a wide range of matters, including contentious issues and those involving public finance. She is a member of the ABA, including the Young Lawyers Division, Business Law Section, and the Business Bankruptcy Committee. Kristen is also active with the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City.
