ABOUT
Lanz is an Associate Attorney at Stinson LLP and represents financial services companies in litigating state and federal consumer finance laws. He advises banks to resolve disputes involving retail banking operations, credit reporting, and loan servicing, and has counseled FinTech companies in regulatory compliance matters. Lanz is an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Fremont University. Lanz obtained his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and B.S. from University of California Berkeley.
