ABOUT
Laurie Selber Silverstein was sworn in as a bankruptcy judge for the District of Delaware on January 7, 2015, and she is one of eight judges serving on the court. Judge Silverstein maintains a docket of corporate Chapter 11 cases as well as one-half of the consumer Chapter 7 docket. She received her law degree, with honors, in 1985 from The National Law Center of The George Washington University, and her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in 1982 from the University of Delaware.
