Linh Vuong is Assistant General Counsel, VP at Wells Fargo where she advises on technology products and regulatory initiatives including AI. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Linh was an Associate Attorney at Girard Gibbs LLP where she primarily represented consumers and employees in large data breach cases. She was recognized in 2016 and 2017 as a “Northern California Rising Star” by Super Lawyers. Linh holds a B.A. from UCLA, and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
