ABOUT
Lisa Stark is a founding partner in Delaware Corporate Counsel. Lisa has almost 25 years of corporate experience in such areas as mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, initial public offerings, proxy contests, and capital market transactions. She also has experience advising private and public companies and their boards of directors on corporate governance matters. Lisa also advises private equity and venture capital funds in connection with their investments in Delaware corporations.
Lisa began her career as a corporate litigator and provides advice to hedge finds and other asset managers on litigation pending in Delaware’s courts.
Lisa is Co-Chair of the ABA Business Law Section Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee’s Jurisprudence Subcommittee and a Delaware court liaison for the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. She also sits on the Business Law Section’s Content Board. Lisa was Editor-in-Chief of Business Law Today from 2020 to 2023 and is currently a Contributing Editor.
