Lisa Zwally Brown focuses her practice on corporate litigation matters.
Prior to joining Montgomery McCracken, Lisa served as a corporate litigation attorney with a prominent Wilmington-based law firm. She represented clients in corporate law disputes in Delaware state and federal courts, and defended and prosecuted various fiduciary duty actions, appraisal cases and contractual disputes. Additionally, she has represented special committees in connection with investigation of stock option practices.
