Liz Graffeo is an experienced corporate lawyer who focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters. She advises public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, corporate governance matters, including environmental and social matters, stock exchange requirements and Section 16 reporting. She also has significant experience representing public companies in a range of capital markets matters, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions and defending against activist stockholders.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked for other international law firms representing public companies and underwriters in a wide variety of transactional and advisory matters.
