ABOUT
Lois D. Mermelstein currently focuses her practice on patent prosecution, particularly for software, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other computer-related technologies. Lois also has patent litigation experience, and prior to law school worked as a software and firmware engineer and team leader. As well as co-chairing the Cyberspace Committee’s AI and Robotics Subcommittee, Lois also serves as Secretary of the ABA’s Science and Technology Section and on the ABA’s Standing Committee on Technology and IT.
