Luciano Aguilera is a corporate & securities associate at Miller Thomson LLP. His practice involves representing domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities and capital markets, and various other corporate matters. Luciano has represented clients of an array of industries in complex cross-border deals involving multiple jurisdictions.
Before joining Miller Thomson LLP, Luciano worked at other premier law firms in Toronto, Miami (Florida), and Chile, as well as a Senior Legal Counsel at a prominent financial institution in Toronto. He holds a JD from Diego Portales University (Chile) and an LL.M. from Columbia University in the City of New York and is admitted to the Bar in Ontario (Canada), New York (USA), and Chile. Luciano’s fluency in Spanish and multijurisdictional experience uniquely position him to effectively serve clients with needs in Canada and the global marketplace, providing strategic counsel and personalized solutions tailored to each client’s objective.
