Maggie Cardasis is an associate attorney at Simmonds & Narita LLP, where she focuses her practice on consumer financial services litigation, class actions, and defending her clients against claims asserted under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and related federal and state statutes.
Ms. Cardasis graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2014, and obtained her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2018. During law school, Ms. Cardasis externed in the San Francisco Superior Court, served as a Senior Development Editor on the Hastings Law Journal, and was an award-winning member of UC Hastings Moot Court Team. Ms. Cardasis is a member of the Bar of the State of California, and is admitted to practice in all California District Courts. She is a member of the Queen’s Bench Bar Association and the Financial Women of San Francisco, and maintains an active pro bono practice. She currently serves as the Young Lawyer Liaison to the Diversity and Inclusion subcommittee of the Consumer Financial Services Committee.
