ABOUT
Malcolm is a current 3L at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He first discovered his passion for business law in law school and has continued to grow that interest with involvement in the ABA’s Business Law Scholars Program. Malcolm currently clerks with an established franchise law firm in the Twin Cities. Malcolm’s interests in business law range from Mergers and Acquisitions to Minority Shareholder rights. He plans on continuing to work in the franchising field, with an interest in representing franchisees from around the country and the globe in disputes with franchisors.
