ABOUT
Marcy Priedeman is a partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Priedeman’s practice focuses on antitrust, securities, and professional liability litigation. She received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Ms. Priedeman was a member of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & The Law as well as the music and vocal director of The Libel Show. Ms. Priedeman received her BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Latham, she was an associate with KPMG, LLP in their Risk and Advisory Practice.
